What do you need today?

You may want to feel better, care for your family, navigate a life change or understand how to live with an illness. These are some of the areas where I can offer support.

Programmes and resources provide general educational tools. Personal circumstances call for individual assessment and, when appropriate, medical care.

My approach

When a physical symptom, a recurring emotion or a harmful behaviour arises, I want to understand where it comes from and what may be sustaining it. I consider the body, emotional experience, habits, relationships and each person’s context.

This approach informs all of HealMe: programmes, guides, masterclasses and consultations. My training in naturopathy and Gestalt psychotherapy provides tools to explore these connections and consider possible changes, without attributing every symptom to a single cause.

Choosing where to start

Programmes and guides offer ways to learn and apply everyday care. Consultations provide space to explore your personal situation, history and current needs.

We can work on food, rest, movement, emotions and relationships. The format is adapted to your goals, circumstances and the support you need.

HealMe’s place in your healthcare

HealMe offers education and complementary support for everyday care. When symptoms or illness are involved, assessment, diagnosis and treatment belong with healthcare professionals; their guidance informs our work on habits and emotional wellbeing.

Women’s health and life changes

The menstrual cycle, trying to conceive, pregnancy, the postnatal period, perimenopause and menopause each deserve space. So does the experience of living with endometriosis or polycystic ovary syndrome.

We explore physical and emotional needs, habits and your relationship with your body, alongside appropriate gynaecological or endocrinological care.

Children, adults and families

With children and teenagers, we consider development and the everyday lives of their caregivers. Programmes and family resources help organise observation, routines and everyday care.

For adults, the starting point may be wellbeing, a life transition or living with illness. The format and goals depend on each situation.

How we can explore each area

We start with your needs and experience. General resources, programmes and individual work serve different purposes; we choose the format suited to your situation.

Children who are often ill

When your child is often ill, we review food, sleep and family routines alongside their paediatric follow-up. We look for ways to care for them that fit their age and your family’s everyday life.

Allergies

Support with organising everyday life around allergies: meals, rest and situations that cause concern. We work from the diagnosis and your allergist’s recommendations, avoiding unnecessary restrictions.

Acne, eczema and skin

If you live with acne, eczema or other skin concerns, we explore your habits and the impact on your well-being and self-esteem. We look for everyday adjustments that fit your dermatological care.

ADHD and everyday life

Support with meals, sleep, routines and emotions when living with ADHD. We start with the needs of each child or adult and their family, alongside their professional care.

Food and your relationship with your body

We work on your relationship with food, eating habits and movement to find sustainable changes without turning them into a battle. If you have diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood pressure, we adapt this support to your medical care and treatment.

Stress, anxiety and depression

A space to understand how you are experiencing what is happening in your life and what you need day to day. We support rest, habits and emotional experience alongside the professional care that anxiety or depression requires.

Digestive problems

Reflux, gastritis, constipation, diarrhoea or irritable bowel syndrome can make meals and everyday life difficult. We explore food, routines and your experience; with a condition such as Crohn’s disease, we work in line with your medical team’s recommendations.

Planning a baby and pregnancy

Support while trying to conceive, during fertility care, pregnancy and the postnatal period. We work on habits, everyday needs and the emotional experience of each stage, alongside specialist care.

Menstrual cycle and hormonal health

Cycle changes, polycystic ovary syndrome or thyroid conditions: we explore food, rest, routines and your experience, taking your diagnosis and medical care into account.

Endometriosis

Making space for your experience: pain, tiredness, food, intimacy and emotional wellbeing. We can explore everyday adjustments compatible with your gynaecological care. Severe or persistent pain needs medical assessment.

Perimenopause and menopause

The transition to menopause may bring changes in sleep, periods, energy or emotional wellbeing. We work on your habits and needs during this time, alongside appropriate medical care.

Chronic conditions

Living with a chronic condition also affects routines, relationships and emotions. I support you in adapting everyday life, including with autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto’s, lupus or rheumatoid arthritis, alongside your medical team’s care.

Chronic pain

Joint pain, migraine or fibromyalgia: we explore how pain affects your rest, activities and emotional life. We look for ways to organise everyday care that respect what is manageable for you and complement your treatment.

Natural anti-ageing and vitality

Caring for your skin, strength, mobility, sleep and energy as you grow older. We work on food, movement and sustainable habits, with realistic goals for wellbeing and personal care.
